• Disable and delete accounts
• Remove from AD groups
• Set up email forwarding
• Archive PST/OneDrive data
System Maintenance
• Monitor Windows Update status from the AD controller server
• Push failed updates and schedule device restarts during off-hours
Authentication and Access Support
• Manage DUO lockouts by unlocking users after failed login attempts
Qualifications
• Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory (AD), DUO, and Windows Server environments
• Familiarity with FreshService or other ticketing systems
• Knowledge of security practices (phishing response, MFA tools, Checkpoint)
• Experience with user onboarding and offboarding
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Nice to Have
• Experience with Bus Planner Web, AccountMate, or DocuShare
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash) for automation
• Previous remote IT support experience
