• Experience with user onboarding and offboarding
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills

Nice to Have
• Experience with Bus Planner Web, AccountMate, or DocuShare
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash) for automation
• Previous remote IT support experience

About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented IT Support Technician to provide daily technical support, handle user account management, and keep systems secure and up to date. This role covers frontline troubleshooting, onboarding/offboarding tasks, and proactive monitoring of critical IT tools. You’ll play a key part in making sure our employees stay connected, secure, and productive. Key Responsibilities • Pager Duty support during assigned hours • Monitor and respond to email phishing alerts and manage Checkpoint security controls • Manage FreshService tickets: revise, assign, escalate, and close tickets as needed • Document all support requests accurately
